2. Machu Picchu (Peru)
Without a doubt it is one of the wonders of Latin America, a mystical place. Expectations range from an adventure between mountains, nature, contemplating a landscape from above, to playing with the flames.
We always see photos of people with a face of peace and they look like they were made with the Inca ruins behind them. Who doesn’t want to experience that? Sitting on a rock and admiring the landscape feeling the Andean breeze.
What nobody tells you are the lines that you must make and that the walk can be heavy if you are not in good physical condition.
In addition to the large influx of tourists, it has been reported that their behaviors are not the best. In 2014, four people from the United States were arrested for undressing and posing in photos on the spot. Two Canadians and two Australians were also arrested for taking off their clothes to take photos at Machu Picchu.
