Robert Logan, ‘77 Sunset Strip’ and ‘Wilderness Family’ actor, dead at 82

Robert Logan, the actor best known for his role in the ABC detective show “77 Sunset Strip,” has died. He was 82.

Logan passed away of natural causes on May 6 in Estero, Florida.

His family waited until Wednesday to share the news of his death.

“He was the embodiment of agape, literally the Platonic ideal of spousal or familiar love,” Logan’s family said in a statement to People.

They said they “felt so lucky, so blessed, to experience that; so lucky and so blessed to know him.”
